large office area with various tenants, including government agencies, senior
housing, property companies, and small businesses.

Specialized in interior carpentry such as bookshelves, kitchens, and
wardrobes.

Co-owner of Ventilation Company
Led and executed projects to improve air quality in properties, office spaces,
and restaurants.
Conducted mandatory ventilation inspections (OVK).
Responsible for mechanizing ventilation systems and ensuring project
success.
